Hello. Awesome work. Where does the new LCD get power from?

Hi there and thank you for the comment. From the 12V rail that powers the motherboard. I’ve soldered a wire to connect to the display.

That is brilliant. Thanks and well done. A list of parts would be useful. I have an 'Elonex' branded one of these with a broken screen.

Thanks! I’ve added the link for the RGBtoHDMI and Snark Barker in the description. The 1920x1200 10 inches LCD can be found on eBay for around 100 € (the price went up since I bought it 😞) and the XT-IDE CF card adapter for 50 €. The rest (speakers…) is cheaply available on Aliexpress or Amazon.

Hi and thanks for this great video! I have 2 working T3200, and one that has some issues, so I would like to convert the "parts machine" to something like you did. I want to ask you, where did you get the white fan for the PSU? I wanted to replace the noisy fans on my working machines, with something more silent.

Hello and sorry for the late reply. I used a 40x40x20mm 12V Noctua fan that I bought on Amazon. Mine is model NF-A4x20 FLX but any with the correct dimension and voltage will be fine. And I reused the connector of the old fan to plug it to the PSU.

I know, right? You’re better off buying another complete machine.
