Thanks Bike for tip! I never thought about the lossless scaler to get above that pesky 30 fps cap! A shame that one cannot just force FSR or DLSS frame gen to do the trick. Or maybe I also just don’t know how to do it (anyone comment!). Cheers!

OK so as I did not find a way to force Nvidia frame generation on old games, I broke the bank and bought the "Lossless Scaling" on Steam (6 €). I am blown away by the result. I feel no latency or see any image artifact and that 120 Hz smoothness is so comfy! Add the 4K add on from Masterleaf, and you get an awesome modern version of KW.

Frame generation will add latency though, more when you start at a base 30fps. It's a trade off but if you say it's better to play I may give it a try.

I think modern hardware is fast enough to mitigate any latency from a 15 year old game.
