Ok, just have to toss this out there, I paid less for my h1 than I paid for my oil change. So far I love it ( have had it about a month) it's wonderful on area rugs in the auto clean mode, they are literally dry in minutes. I might get another one while the price is right less than $100. For both si what if it dies it has a 1 year warranty.

That's interesting question Since it turns your water into strong cleaning agent. They so sell their own I tried pinesol and it foamed up like crazy but maybe I put too much in. Vinegar amd water works perfect.

yes, there is a mute option to turn it off, but when u reset the vacuum on the station you'll get the voice back the next time
