The plaintiff moved in with her boyfriend’s niece, but then she got in a fight with the defendant’s boyfriend and got kicked out. She says the defendant threw out her belongings, so she’s suing. The defendant argues she asked the plaintiff for rent, but then she moved out immediately. She’s countersuing for five months of rent and lost wages.

There is one episode where a black woman was suing for her big screen tvs and designer clothes and JM kept insulting her for having nice things while on disability.
