My son & I shot the Leupold course Saturday morning in the rain. I took 13 arrows; brought 12 home with me. Took a nasty fall, but the bow & I survived with some nicks ... lol ... We had a good time!

Theres different modes on range finder, 1 for rifle and 1 for a bow, on bow mode it will change the yardage for the elevation. Then you can match your range finder to sight tape. If your 60 yard shot with -50 yard drop in ele. and range finder reads 38 yards, you will shoot for 38 yards. Extreme example but you get what Im saying!

Why add yardage to shoot down hill. Always deduct down hill and add up hill. It’s a gravity thing. There are charts on the web giving basic yardage “ cuts”. Like that 55 yard one you hit high on technically shoulder have set your sight for 53. Angle steepness needs more deduction down hill. But, there’s nothing more fun being out there slinging arrows! 👍👍

I dialed differently because Nate’s rangefinder and mine are 3 yards different, so whatever his yardage was, mine is 3 yards longer. That was a weird instance where we got the same yardage, and I dialed high, thinking my rangefinder was incorrect! That’s great information in your comment though!! Thanks for watching buddy! #welcometothebackyard
