I downloaded the app today and after struggling to get it to work for a while I managed to figure it out. It works great so far at counting chests with the exception of a few like vault of the ancients chests or runic chests since they use lv30-34 in the chest source. It would be great if you could add those. Also when you open the clan insights it gives a good breakdown of who got which chests and how many, but when I export it to a csv file then it only shows the player's name and the total points they got. Did I do something wrong? Because it'd be great if it exported all the data instead of just the totals. thanks for the app though. I look forward to seeing it improve and become more popular :)

That has been fixed in Preview 4 Hot fix 1. Currently working very hard on reducing misspelled clanmate names.

It looks like it is limited as it doesn't have columns for Epic Ancient Chests, Springfest chests, etc....

In the new Clan Insights, yes, it is limited. However, future releases there won't be a limitation.

I get stuck on the OCR wizard - I believe related to my monitor being 3440x1440. I have to change the monitor settings to be 1080p to get it to start 'jedi magic' but it just sits running that. It says the image files are missing if I try to run on 3440x1440. I think either way I will have to wait for the calibration of the text reading zone which is disappointing. Other than that it looks great.

Lost important data on hard drive, making sure I have the same features I had in 1.0.2 plugged in. That's what is causing the hold up

Same problem. OCR wizard doesn't work. Is there a way to enter the screenshot coordinates manually? What file are they saved in?

@@DerBrauneBaer During OCR Wizard, you manually select the region of interest now. No more Jedi Magic hence it was giving people problems. Wish it didn't but it does.

I have the same problem as a few below, 'jedi magic' runs endlessly and I see nothing that tells me what I can do.

I was using the TB app. Tried chrome and it seemed to work better. If the TB app can't be used, it would be nice to have that noted somewhere. For chrome, the OCR wizard runs but doesn't mark the Open button. The OCR dialog says to try again, I try again and it does the same thing. So I'm still stuck. I'm trying to get this running on a 1920x1080 res laptop.

The tool is amazing and it works fine to the only only I am facing is the chest counter export data does not let me select "Show Individual Amount Specified in Clan Requirements" hence the exported CSV file shows data only 2 columns Clan member name and the total points earned by them. Please help I want breakup of data crypt. citadel etc etc based

The app worked well for two weeks but now I get an error message saying "A critical error had occurred during processing test from an image. It will not continue to run anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and but it still occurs. It was working real well and I wanted to donate to the developer but I can't until it works again.

Do you have the latest version of Total Battle Chest Tracker? Version 2.0 Preview 4 Hotfix 1? If so, it should work. Also ensure you run the OCR wizard and only draw rectangle containing the words not clan chest icon nor Time Left. A new video demonstrating where you should draw the rectangle. It's the video showing how to fix reward boxes getting in the way of chest automation.

Struggled to get this downloaded so I could open it. Now it won't count chests. Added the clan and all the members. But it just will not count. Hit the play button. Didn't work. Hit F9, nothing again.

Make sure to run the OCR Wizard and correctly select the region where the words are. A new video is uploaded on helping those that struggle with monitors with 1024px or lower resolution in height. Once you have completed the OCR wizard, it should allow you to run the automation.

version 1.5 export does not work for me, it does not export to txt at all (the file is not created) and only clanmate+total_amount is always created to csv, no other data are exported, e.g. what types of chests etc. each player collected. If the export would work, as it does with everything, it would be great ;-)

Version 2.0 Preview 4 hotfix 1 is the newest pre-release and should be downloaded. 1.5 has old functions that no longer work with the newest release. Be sure to do a clean install. Uninstall the Total Battle Chest Tracker 1.5, and delete the TotalBattleChestTracker folder inside c:\program files(x86)\SICGames\

How do I export more then just the point total?

Inside Export Dialog, click on Extra Headers. Make sure to not include the same name twice or it will crash. If you want to include "Epic" and "Rare" or "Citadels" or even "Bank" chest types, you can do so by adding them in the extra headers tab. Upon exporting, they will be included. If they're not included, i'll look into it.
