As an Eagles fan, this one was tough to swallow having 5 takeaways, but I was expecting them to lose either the Pittsburgh game or the Washington game. Man, Daniels is going to be a major problem over the next few years and if tradition follows suit next year regarding the NFC East...congrats on your division title!

This game exercised some long running demons for me personally. It is 1989, week 2 of the season. I am at RFK with my dad watching the Redskins vs Eagles. We jump up 20-0 very early in the first quarter but Randal Cunningham GOES OFF and the Eagles manage to win 42-37. It was the infamous Gerald Riggs fumbles on the goal line and the Eagles lateral it and almost take it to the house. Randal throws the winning TD to Chris Carter with maybe 20 seconds left. That game BOTHERED me for 35 years....this game wiped the slate clean!!!!

Even with the bs calls from the refs and hurts knocked out of the game we still could've won barkley dropped a pass and smith had an open lane to the end zone if held on to the damn ball your crap team got lucky the eagles will mop the floor with you again in the playoffs

BS calls my azz.....Cry me a phucking river...Hurts dove head body first instead of sliding like a veteran and he got punished for it....Commanders spotted your low flying eagles SIX turnovers including a turnover on downs .....Eagles BLEW as many opportunities as we did.....including Devonte' Smith's GAME SEALING DROP..If Eagles back up QB had thrown that pass slightly forward of Smith he would've caught it and there was nothing but EndZone in front of him... .We haven't won 11 games or more in over 33 years ,4-13 last year so making the playoffs makes it a successful season in our books..... and we finally have a QB ....Commanders have nothing to lose so yall better hope we place 7th because Green Bay is better football team than Washington.. and Eagles isn't gonna be mopping any floor over Packers So don't get mad at us Commander fans for celebrating a single moment your Eagle fans have enjoyed COUNTLESS TIMES over the last 30+ years
