I met Rob in 1995/96 when they played Iguanas in Tijuana, Mexico. Him and Joe Bastard were really nice people. I talked about my band with them and how I loved their music but couldn't afford their records. I had only listened to them on copied cassettes my friend made me. Joe or Rob, I forget, reached over to the merch table and gave me Pledge Of Defiance on vinyl. I played that record to all my friends. Love Total Chaos to this day. I'm glad they're still around.

I met them right around the same time in Irvine California USA at a college radio station called KUCI. Really cool down to earth people. They even let us play their instruments after they played live on the radio show. Rob was telling me how he uses soap to spike his hair. Which I remember thinking that was interesting because for how long my mohawk was, eggwhites where the only thing (at the time) that held my liberty spikes up. I ran into them a few years later at a couple shows and I were very surprised they remembered me. Really cool people every encounter I had with them.

Hi, the audio is from 1994"s "Pledge of Defiance" album. In 2016 we arrived in Bali, Indonesia on tour and they wanted us to film a video for "Riot City'. We all thought that it was a bit strange since it was recorded in 1994 with a different lineup. However the song was written by Rob Chaos and he thought it would be cool. Cheers!
