My wife and I have been watching your videos for years. We have had a business plan to do a retro style coffee trailer/truck. We have 3 kids and a lawn care business and worry about spending the funds on a new venture but the area seems to support it. I also happen to be a union trailer mechanic at my 9-5. Hello! My most recent build I used a the Bluetti 2000 watt battery system. It powered my fridge, coffee grinder, water pump, roof fan, and lights. It also powered the water pump on the espresso machine. The espresso machine is heated by propane.

If you choose the battery system mentioned in this video, it’s good for about 6 hours. So it comes down to how fast you are on your espresso machine. I would say no less than 40 hot drinks per hour, steamed milk and all. So at least 240 drinks in a 6 hour period. But that is on the low end.

With every business, the first year or so of operation is usually a loss. I spent 20k on two mowers a trailer and used truck and didn’t make that back in my first year of doing it part time.

Bad investment ! I think not. Here in Texas, guys have gone out and bought ready built trailers. They hit surrounding towns and ROI within the first year. Money in the bank. Same with food trucks. Y'all are doing a great job 👏
