Yes , you can start at 17 and join at 18. However I suggest you to complete 12th grade and start it. Also , ground training is the first stage of your training.

My brother is a cadet pilot with Indigo through CAE he got 15k as stipend without the cpl this gets reduced after tex deductions After CPL you'd get approximately 25k which is again reduced
