Thank you very much for your feedback. Actually mentioning brands is bit difficult as we are continously exploring the market and which brands provide best deal, we recommend the same to the client at that time. Of course Premium quality finishes include some of german, american and spanish brands but the one giving the best value to the customer, we recommend that product at that specific time. Actually this is an exercise other builders do sparingly but we have workforce working on it giving us competitive advantage over other, so we might not disclose that too due to this reason :)

Sorry missed your comment. Actually i would go with a basement rather than selling a plot and then buying a plot and paying twice to the property dealers. Additionally there are additional benefits of basement apart from giving you extra space for a lawn. I would not like to do two transactions and pay almost more than a million in transaction fee. Sir the price of building materials is same plus all the imported items prices have gone a bit high actually due to increase in dollar price. The only way to save is get a loan as interest rates have come down so those who were thinking of buying a house on bank financing might have got some benefit. On the other hand, the property mafia has increased the prices of plots by 10-20 percent so nothing looking good at this stage in terms of savings :(

Salaam. They don't change, it is actually that you could not understand it. Total cost is always grey plus finishing so the first no. is Grey+A finishing and the second no. is Grey+Premium finishing. Of course we have to add them to tell the total cost. I hope you have understood it now.

Sir buhat jald hum aap sai 10 marle ki cost share karain gaye. Regarding khud ghar banvana ya contractor sai tu for overseas Pakistanis, i don't recommend at all kai khud ghar banvaya gaye. In your case reliable contractor is definitely a better option
