We know that Alejandro will have a new voice actor: Alex House. In case they don’t add an explanation to the change in the character’s voice for the show’s release, here’s my theory: Maybe his vocal chords… his voice box ended up changing while he was healing from the injuries and burns that he received at the end of "Total Drama World Tour."

I know when each actor gets the script, they don't know if they'll be gone or not, but surely they gave Cory warning that he needed a sixth voice before they gave him the second script and he had to record his first line as Mal. There was a lot of debatable points about All Stars and Mal himself, but I think that we can all agree he had the perfect voice.

I don't know what he was doing in canon but in real life they wanted another ROTI character in so there was a more even spread of Season 1-3 and season 4 characters. So out went Owen and in came Sam.
