Eva deserves so much better. Personally I love her unusual friendship with Izzy and Noah, they were so different but they have so great interactions. Eva is also a character that is aware of her weaknesses and she's able to admit when she's wrong, notably during her first elimination. But it's hard to not fall into Clichés and make the character stay the same during the all-show. We can see that with Heather and Lindsay's treatment.

You could see from how she looked at her MP3 player like a puppy who got a new toy that she isn’t just roid rage. She has other emotions and maybe they could have delved into why she felt so much like she had to be dominant over everyone else and put up this tough girl front. They kind of did that with Jo in the later seasons. But it still would’ve been good to see Eva go through that arc.

here is the difference. Eva knows she has anger issues and does get help for it after it being pointed out. before then she wasn't aware of her behavior issues. She was basically still the same because it was a short amount of time for her to actually start to see a change. Heather is aware that she manipulates and hurts people. she does it intentionally. a lot of Eva's actions don't have bad intentions, she just doesn't have good social skills. Heather is aware of everything she does and she means everything. So Eva may come off more mean but Heather is more malicious then her and if you look at that factor it makes Heather meaner than Eva.
