My theory to whos the killer (my opinion) : i think it alejandro u see? Why chef would keep heathers head bc it pretty and who else ditnt even was there? Chef could'nt bc he was prob with chris right? Alejandro could do this in a manipulation way to kill everybody he has the best manipulating skills of all tdwt i think he goes to kill then go to his home then chris comes out and gets sierra and al then as al he may push him (if it an plane) then all the deaths are angry and drags him to hell.. Duncan didn't leave Noah to be killed theyvhad an argument and ditched each other because they couldn't agree on directions, leadership, and personal matters ao the killer found Noah alone. Actually according to the AU, Chris left the campers to die on the island. After Heather’s death, he came back to the island to save them only to realize most of them died. As the survivors went to escape, Chris then died (He was used for bait)
