Please Dr. Can it be too late to have an elbow replacement surgery, I had an accident 3 years ago and I still saving up money for the surgery.

NOTE! you cannot use the arm like before. I use a cane and cannot use the arm I had surgery on. I just had revision because the humeral stem came undone. Now 7 weeks out I already have "crepitus" and a slight instability. I am trying hard not to use arm but I cannot know what I do when asleep (I may push off with the effected arm) I was told the cement mantle gave way and some cement was absorbed. I should have lived with the pain because after surgery I am too limited.
