Dude @Klos1ne, this was not 2004, this was I'd say about 2001 or 2002. And Rivers started in the late 90's, thus they did exist. Gamblers started in 2001 also. Supercrew has been around at least since 2003 when I saw them in FSS Japan 2003, so they existed even before your 2004 date. Extreme crew was around and won Bboy Unit in 2001 or 02, they were breaking before 01.
