Hi, Melanie I think that I heard someone said the day of Jesus crucifiction it suddenly became very dark and that was the monent of eclipse happened, Bible doesn't say eclipse happened (as I remember), it's interesting that you said eclipse means NEW BEGINNING which align with Christianity believe.
