we can get the NEZ of Bench mark from the survey department or if not possible we can use DGPS or if not possible we can get from precised hand GPS

DGPS gives the accurate NEZ of bench mark as well as Station 1. also we can calculate the NEZ of Station 1 by calculation: lsinQ and lcosQ where Q is bearing of Bench mark to station 1 and l is distance of it.

Pitty it doesn't take the curvature of the earth into account, and before you answer the calc is 8"/mile squared. Now try build your pipeline or road
