I can’t get enough of Total War, I started with Medieval II & played it for over 600 hours then moved onto 4-5 other Total War games and recently got Attila because it was on sale for $11 but I’ve wanted the game for about two years. So far I am loving it! I’d say it is tied with Empire for second place where Medieval II is my favorite still. I like that Attila brought back some stuff I liked from Medieval II such as the family tree and faction politics. So far I’ve noticed each game has its own flavor but all share what makes the series great. The reason Empire is tied with Attila for me is because it’s great being able to play through the beginning stages of USA but the game is lacking a few things that Medieval & Attila have. One thing I noticed in Attila is that I haven’t had one Navy battle where as in Empire I had a ton and Navy was crucial, Medieval didn’t rely on it as much but it was still very important where as in Attila I feel like I wasted resources on building up a Navy. Anyway great vid! I checked it out because I’ve had a hard time getting more Trade partners. Thanks for the vid and to everyone reading keep supporting the Total War series it really is one of the greatest strategy series ever!

Does the city with a trade port need to be in your capitals province or just connected to your capital by land

Raiding stance. The army is basically going through lands, pillaging and raiding. The owner of the army gets a little bit of gold, and the region the army is raiding in suffers penalties.

The bad news is that you pretty much need a gaming PC to run this game smoothly. The good news is that it doesn't have to be an extremely high-end one. It runs just fine on my current PC, which was built about 3 years ago and even then wasn't top-of-the-line.

On the trade amount, is that per turn, year etc or a one off? What I mean is, for instance, I want to trade with a faction and it says "you will make 500 from this trade" Every faction is asking 1000 for a trade agreement but if I'm only going to make a total of 500....

Prologue is suppose to be the tutorial but it doesnt really help...you are better of playing the grand campaign..and the adviser is a better helper there..although the adviser is pretty annoying

You are only reading the tooltips, i dont want you to read everything out, i want to for example know what the downsides are for calling your allies in. THis tutorial is kinda pointless
