looks good. I've always liked scenarios where you're forced to start small anyway. In scenarios where you're forced to start as a sprawling empire like in Imperator Augustus, you're always starting usually going into debt with crappy armies in inconvenient locations all across your empire. I prefer these because you aren't forced to spend the first few turns completley overhauling your armies and economy and you can just jump right into the game.

belladesa91 Well the Chimera is for one of their few bronze statues that has survived until our days, while the Hydra appeared in the wall paintings from one their most famous tombs. And both are much more impressive and dreadful as symbol for the Etruscan faction than a flute dude, even Tuchulcha the infernal demon of the Etruscans is a better option.

Can't believe you guys made the Rome II tutorial where we beat the hell out of the Samnite into a mini-campaign, but I'm glad that you did though. There are many stories to be told here as this is the less popular part of Rome's history. It's going to be tough playing as Roma this time around though as she is helmed in between the more advance Etruscan and the battle-harden Samnite, so this should make for a good challenge!

Based on how the Etruscans automatically lose if they lose their capital, it would be interesting if total war could implement some sort of capitulation mechanic from paradox games like hoi4. If you take important cities from the enemy, maybe enemy units get a temporary morale buff as their motivated to retake it but after x turns it becomes a debuff, and after enough cities enemy morale will auto drop to zero and they faction surrenders

I know its unlikely but a combined campaign map of wrath of sparta and rise of the republic (the dates would have to be tweaked perhaps a bit but being within 40 years of one another seems reasonably close) similar to how they did mortal empires in warhammer. I'd like to see a historical total war game that has different ways players can alter history. Because every time we play a total campaign the player is technically playing a alternate history scenario.
