The souls race really isn't a terrible campaign, and I'm pretty sure you know this as well, but anyone would get tired of it after being limited to it for so long. I'm sure people will be returning to it after a while of playing IE just like people occasionally do with the Vortex, though.

@@SpiceCh isn´t terrible... is that why the "deactiveat chaos gates mechanic" is one of the most used mods on the workshop, people were looking for a way around the stupid mechanic from day one and the mechanic was the main part of the campaing. peoples biggest complaint was that it isn´t a sandbox campaing at all, and thats what TW always was, a strategic sandbox game.

Azazel's animations are quite something. While he doesn't look conventionally beautiful how he is described in lore, the way he moves gives an impression that he could still charm and dazzle his opponents. Very confident, part masculine part feminine. This is such a great character design.

@@xShadowbane451 Well, to some degree I guess. They can present themself in any form they want. I just think that the way Azazel looks is the way people see him also. But even this imposing ugliness isn't enough to outweigh his attraction power. Maybe that's on purpose. Perhaps it entertains and challenges him. If he just made himself look pretty it'd be too easy. This is sort of reinforced by the way he's shown being completely bored at the ongoing battle, but as soon as challenging opponent arrives his eyes light up with excitement.

The ability to upgrade unaligned units into god-focused ones is so flavorful and every time I see the Immortal Empires overworld I find something new to be impressed by. until CA adds them there are always mods. there's a pretty good one that made new capture images for Cathay and Kislev, the monogod capture images are unfortunately just WoC and Norsca images with a coloured filter on.

The Warriors of Chaos rework looks already so good and so massive, it really feels like a relaunch. CA is doing right now even more than we asked. If the next DLCs/reworks get his level of attention WH3 is going to be one of the best strategy games we've seen. Even this traler is arguably the best lets play they've put out. It really gives me hope (and hipe) for future content (especially for chaos). Great job CA.

There is one thing that bothers me alot....When he upgraded that Chaos hero to Slaanesh, it looks like he loses the ability to take Manticores (the CA substitute for Chimera). Lore wise, marked Lords and Heroes could still take Chimera, Chaos dragons, ect. They GAIN the ability to use mark-specific mounts, but shouldnt lose anything in the process....Unless they become Daemon Princes, of course. But those who want to just keep their Chaos marked Lords mortal for preference and variety should still have access to all normal mounts, as well as God-specific ones. As the Chaos dragon is my favorite mount, and I am a Khorne player, it would be very dissapointing if you change into a Khorne Lord but lose half your mount options. This wouldnt make sense. However, I am hoping that, since this is still in development, its just an oversight that will be fixed. The rest looks absolutely perfect!

For now I wouldn't be surprised if that's just a trade-off you're going to have to make, but I also wouldn't be surprised to see it changed a bit down the line. We've seen characters get more mount options in response to community requests before.

@@astromancer9819 Graphically, yeah! Check out some of the conversion minis people did, of Khorne Lords riding them! Sweet! I didnt play 8th edition, I played from 1992-2008 and stopped in 7th edition because I didnt like the direction they were taking things...And in ALL THAT TIME Chaos Lords could take a chaos steed, a daemonic mount of their patron God, a Chimera, or a Chaos dragon, whether they were undivided or marked didnt matter. And I REALLY hope it doesnt matter here. So I hope people speak up on this while there is still time for them to fix this issue. It would be a minor fix, but it would be a major problem.....Once people start playing, and see their beloved Manticores or Dragons go out the window with a mark, THEN they would probably start speaking out about it. I just happened to notice it here in these early access screenshots. They really dont even need to be reskins....But they DO need to be there for all Chaos Lords and Heroes. LOL A mark wouldnt make them forget how to ride these beasts, or give up a steed they risked their lives to break either...So the move doesnt make sense from either a gameplay or lore perspective as it is.

@@SpiceCh Losing 2 awesome flying mounts for a small stat buff and one Deamon mount isn't a good trade off at all. Its not TT OR Lore friendly either. Chaos Lords are supposed to retain those mount options and ADD the third with the mark as an option. Not trade two for one. I am really hoping this is an early access oversight, but mark my words- If it IS the way they are going with it, after the hype buzz settles down a bit people are going to be very unhappy in this change. The cosmetics are cool, but overall your trading in superior mount options for a cooler looking Lord that has far fewer and less versatile options. We need to point it out to CA while its still early enough for them to catch.
