What is the strap you have hanging from the front handle? Looks like an easier solution to securing to truck bed versus ratchet straps.

Chris G I use a rope/strap from boat to hitch ball to capture one end of the boat when I'm tossing it up on the roof rack. I don't transport it in the 6' truck very often.
