Ten Hag probably has a contract that needs to be negotiated. That means those clubs have to go through the proper channels to achieve that. Man Utd have now signed Ten Hag but they probably were after him for a year. And no doubt Ten Hag was laying out his structure to Utd as supposedly the Glaziers were so impressed by him that they wanted him earlier.
