IDEA: What if when a fire archer hits an ice archer, instead of taking damage, it becomes a normal archer? Works the same way when an ice archer hits a fire archer.

fire archer hits an ice archer , but dude the ice archer himself isnt frozen , i think you mean if a fire arrow hits a frozen enemy , then if he’ll turn back to normal

SangerZonvolt no blowdats are damage over time plus slow. fire is damage over time and ice slow. so they wouln't be any different from fire archers.or if they would consider poison an combination of both then i would say it could be a second tier kind of poison unit.

They should make a flinch animation when a troop is hit. And when a troop is shot by more than a few arrows at once, they should fly backwards when they die.

I dont like the idea... becose the flail unit already has a WORKING armor! and if you had olther knights with fake armor that would confuse the player and if you make evry armor like the one of the flail fake too! then it makes the flail unit almost unusefull! also I think it would confuse the player! if you see a fully clothed knight! it will be hard to distugue the team! I think its better that the units looks like the units of the stonage faction! with some clothes on like that you know whos team they are and you know what units they are!

I have an idea: Different types of catapult projectiles such as explosives, flaming projectiles, stuff like that.

looking at this got me thinking: could we have a unit that, when enough projectiles from this unit hits an enemy (probably 5 or so), the enemy will explode, dealing damage to nearby units. this unit could work well with the fact that units in game tend to concentrate their fire a LOT.
