10:00 wolfenstien did the same thing with the closed doom beta, its just a bonus for those who have brought games from said devs, its a packaged deal and the beta alone wouldn't be worth the price, however if they sell this with that, both will benefit (assuming one likes the game they actually brought and didn't just get it to play and incomplete pre alpha game in this case)

Clustertruck is actually a very cool game for Speedrunning, it includes over 70 Levels all woth their own highscores and fastest times and a Level-Editor and level-sharing system, aswell as alot of abilities. Its not as simple as "running around on the back of the trucks", even if you do that alot. You cant say that Minecraft is just about walking around just because you also have to do it all the time. CT is way harder than that.

Not sure if you're right here. Letting people preorder TABS means that they will HAVE to finish it. Right now it's a fun buggy project with no real goal, while the truck game is more of a complete idea. If they feel like they might not finish TABS this is THE ONLY reasonable way to go about it, it would be a shitty move from them to release it to early access then. Then again, I think Cluster Truck looks absolutely amazing and lots of fun while TABS looks boring, pointless and lacking in gameplay.

I think you're a bit harsh with (the words, the words of...) the developers (this time) if you get the truck game they give you a glance at their next game, which is fair... you don't have to buy the truck game whatsoever. I agree with you on the fact that they could allow pre-order of the Totally Accu. Sim separately . Small studios have to find ways to get some cash to get the things done... I'd prefer that a 1000 times more than a AAA studio shredding down a game into pieces to sell the end product 5 times with season pass and all that shite....

they had listed on their website that if you buy cluster truck you get free access to totally accurate battle simulator and on Sept. 21 you can get a refund once cluster truck comes out. it's past Sept 21 now but it was listen on their website for a few weeks of that little loophole. also, open alpha for all will come in November

The pew pew die bait simulator. Its like it was made to bait the popular youtube "celebrities". A skirmish mode of a simple combat strategy game with "funny" ragdolls made in a few weeks. Its fun but its pretty obvious the target and how they planned to promote it. Back in the days we had skirmish modes for games. Once you finished the game campaign you could play some skirmish modes against the AI, now those are DLCs or games featured by those "funny" you tubers with millions of subscribers.
