This owner knows what he's doing. It is not easy to run a restaurant, but to do this with efficency, speed, cleanliness and still make time to greet customers is a testament to his passion.
I am very impressed with this owner of the restaurant because he keeps his place clean inside and out. He’s very particular with the quality of the food he serves. 👏

Greetings from Redondo Beach 🇺🇸🇺🇸Nice cooking video🌷🌷
I like the modern kitchen equipment and the meat tenderizer. Foods looks yummy and the chicken cheese is similar to chicken parmesan in the U.S. Prices tho for me would be a once a month eating visit 👍.
That pig though! I will steal it and place it in my living room lol

I don't really understand how many of the Japanese diners (owners) can keep their prices so low. is their monthly rent costs not so bad? in the US, I would expect to pay much more for food that is produced at that quality and with a lot of attention to hand made detail... I don't understand how the owners can pay their utilities and make a decent profit... is the business model completely different to how restaurants run in the US? even if I would pay more in the US, I feel like restauranteurs (staff/owners) here do not make that much money either tho (unless it is really high end food, I'm not too sure)

When did you last hear about an outbreak of listeriosis or salmonella in Japan? And yet it’s a regular occurrence in America. Manipulative and greedy restaurants in USA literally cause deaths, so it’s no appropriate to criticise hygienic methods in Japan.
