There was a whistle from the crowd so Croasdale picked the ball up. Seen a lot of Newport fans saying it should have been their drop ball because they were in possession but we had already won possession back at that point, which is why Croasdale was able to pick it up. Ref and liner both heard it too. Otherwise it would have been a free kick to Newport.

Awful performance by Newport. They didn’t create space, the marking wasn’t anywhere near. It looked like they were performing on the same level when Rowberry was in charge. I left early too
