An Ethics complaint should be filed against Russel Meeks, while acting as a council member he lied to the Levy County Sheriffs,, about official town business, stating that Lynette and John Cook were going to be elected to try to give them a legitimate reason to violate a civil protection order against them. This is extremely unethical and unbecoming of any board member sitting on any town council!
