Wow Rory! Here I am struggling to lift a 3 gallon tote of garden water. Age 46. Wow. Dedication and goals. I am so proud of you. I was pretty strong in high school and at age 16 & 100 lbs I could leg press 360# on an incline and I remember my weightlifting coach being shocked bc the class was full of football and baseball males and a few softball females.
