Hello sir, mere pass same pcb hai. Mosfet nikalne ke baad bhi overload show kar raha tha. Mene Dono driver ic nikal ke check kiya to overload band ho gaya. Uske baad Ek ic lagake check to bhi sahi tha but Jo Aapne change ki hai use lagate hi Phir se overload aa gaya. Thanks in advance for reply.

Very nice explanation. Thanks very much. I have 675va Luminous with same board and same microchip. It is not smart charging. the LED turns ON for few seconds and goes OFF. Output to battery is 13.5v-14.0v but no current. All the pulses are OK. When I connect in backup mode, I get "Battery-low" and "Overload" indicator along with long beep sound together. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Thanks again.

Plz check your inverter battery it may be in deep discharge stage, You must charge battery using external Charger Thanks

@@TotalPowerSolution Sir ji, I have replaced the battery and now, "Overload" and "low-battery" problem is solved but still "Smart-charge" LED is not showing. If I disconnect Battery, I get 8.5v at the battery terminals and amp-meter not showing any current. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks very much.
