Usually, when an impostor kills, they teleport to their victim if they're not very close. But yeah, lights sabotage makes people group too close so it can be difficult to spot

Some additional tips about Mira not covered in the video: 1. While medscan is the only visual task in the map, there are several other tasks that confirm crewmates because they cause the green bar to tick up. These are: refuel at the very start of the game, emptying trash after a voting round, and ordering a beverage after a voting round. Any player seen doing these tasks at the right time is confirmed innocent. 2. Keep track of players you've seen. Given that imposters like hiding in the vents, a player not being recently seen by anyone is immediate grounds for suspicion. 3. Use the one way glass in reactor and labs to safely watch people do their task, or to bait an imposter out of their vent.

Useful, but I try to only use that as a last resort. If you have an alternative, then try to use that. Also, it hurts your imposter game if you’re known to straight up play this card whenever. But yeah, it’s a useful tactic. I won a game because the imposter framed me, but there were 2 other crew mates who ejected her right after me.

Few months late but another crucial point for crewmates on Mira. Learn the door logs. An observant log reader can sniff out careless imposters venting around and can offer crucial info as to who was near dead bodies. Door logs are the main reason Mira is the hardest map for imposters.

The fastest way to win as the imposter in the skeld (or however you spell it) from what I’ve seen is to get the oxygen down first. More often then not people rush putting the numbers in and end up failing or they just don’t get there in time. And hey, if they do manage to get the oxygen then mess with the lights. It’s the easiest way to kill multiple people within one round.

Another underrated tip: If you're u think someone is faking a task, watch the task bar in the top left corner, if it increases then their crewmates, if not most likely an Impostor faking

Tip for Skeld, when lights go out, go to lower engine and stand in the top right corner, from there you have a view of the electrical vent and the Security vent, which you can see open and close through walls, most people vent to security after a kill because medbay is always 'Sus' due to theres little to no reason to be there alone for an amount of time above 5 seconds, so when you see the vent in Electrical open, then Security, walk over to Security door to see who it was and report it, they will have vented due to escaping from a kill, so you should be safe but still be careful

Few more things to note (Mainly for Skeld but these might also apply to other maps somehow) from someone who's only played with randoms. As a crewmate, check a single entrance room and if you're done with tasks, stand outside and wait. Chances are you could catch the imposter coming out of a vent. I haven't tried Mira or Polus yet; but on Skeld the Navigation Hall, Med Hall, and Admin Hall are good choices since they have cameras in them. There's also electrical and Security; but these are Impostor hotspots as they're easy for Impostors to kill a distracted Camera Christian or to get someone who happens to come to electric alone for one of the three tasks that are there. -------------------------- You can also coordinate a bait by perfectly lining up your character with someone else's, given that you have similar names. (Source: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJjVl6aOfJuprNk) -------------------------- Something that hadn't been said in this video but is fairly obvious: If you get killed and you have tasks; COMPLETE THEM. There is nothing more infuriating than losing as a Crewmate because some random ghost didn't finish their tasks. -------------------------- Also, keep in mind that every sabotage has its own effects. There are 5 types of sabotage: Lights, Communications, Oxygen, Reactor, and Doors. It's important to remember that during sabotage (Except for door hijacks), you CAN NOT call an emergency meeting. Light Sabotoge will affect crewmate visibility, but this doesn't transfer to those watching the cams. You can also use Admin to keep track of general player location and help pin the imposter down if you can get people to confirm each other's locations. This is where the Stick together part comes in. If you want to go fix lights, make sure that *ONLY ONE* person does it while everyone else stays at a distance. Stacking up or getting close together can give the impostor a stack kill and the possibility of an easy win. In order to fix this sabotage, you'll need to flick every switch so that the lights turn green. Communications Sabotoge affects the cameras, taskbar, and Admin. You'll need to go to Communications to fix it and turn the nob until the frequencies (The waves) are the same. Like Lights, avoid stacking up. Oxygen Sabotage is one of the two lethal sabotages that the imposter can use to win the game. You'll need to input a 5 digit code put on a sticky note for the prompt to fix this. There are two inputs required, one located in Admin and the other located in Oxygen [Aka O2]. ENSURE THAT YOU SEND ATLEAST 3 PEOPLE TO BOTH ROOMS, OR STICK TOGETHER AS A GROUP IF THERE'S ONLY 4 LEFT. Splitting up into a group of 2 in oxygen sabotage is an easy way to give the imposter a kill or even the win if they kill the other person before they complete it and nobody can report or fix the sabotage in time. If you have 4 people left and 3 go to one room while 1 goes to the other, there's a chance that the imposter can spin things around on you and trick everyone into thinking the other innocent was responsible; which then allows them to win. If you don't vote someone out though, they have the tipping point advantage. Forcing everyone to stay together will ensure that you know for certain who's the imposter if they try to make a move. Reactor Sabotage is the other lethal sabotage. It's pretty much the same as Oxygen just the inputs are located in the same room and you only have to hold down on the hand from both inputs to clear it. NOTE THAT REACTOR SABOTAGES HAVE LESS TIME THAN OXYGEN SO IF THIS GOES OFF IT IS YOUR UTMOST PRIORITY TO FIX IT, ASAP. I believe the time is like 25 seconds so if you're all across the map, chances are you're not reaching it in time. Door Hijacks are rare to come by but they can be deadly for you in the hands of a good imposter. The imposter IS able to close multiple doors at a time with a slight cooldown, so keep this in mind before you start accusing anyone just because they happened to be in the same room when the doors close. I myself love to use this feature far too much as it's surprisingly easy to get people to turn against each other by closing some random door halfway across the map for no other reason than to mess with people. -------------------------- A good way to clear someone of suspicion is to state that you're going to follow them around and then...do just that. It forces the imposter into a situation that if they kill you, everyone will know that they're the imposter. If they don't kill you, but you stick with them, you're giving everyone else time to complete tasks. If they're not the imposter and they're with you when someone dies [Yes, even if it may be you], then they're cleared of all suspicion and a confirmed crewmate. -------------------------- Do not let accusations fly. Imposters thrive on chaos, and they love nothing more than to be able to sit back and watch it unfold. I myself just had a game where I killed 1 single person, and got down to the final three because people were accusing each other left and right. I didn't even have to sabotage beyond the occasional lethal one to attempt a stealthy win. Make sure everyone's on the same page, and get people in the mindset of doing things to obtain concrete evidence or to complete tasks. -------------------------- Take note of the player's speed and think about how long it takes someone to get from one room to another. Often I have the suspicion that someone is an imposter because they went from the O2 Hall down to shields and suddenly Med bay like 10 seconds later a little too fast...only to not say anything and end up losing or getting killed while my suspicion was true. -------------------------- That's everything I can think of that wasn't mentioned in the video. Also, if someone has the "Prime shields" task, the lights on the outer hull will start in the off position, then switch on, and the Polus map also shows asteroids, but the animation is much more visible from outside the building

Theres a thing I like to do, say you see the imposter kill somebody and *no one believes you* , I would say "vote (imposter name) and if hes not an imposter then vote me out"
