The fact you don't stick to just 1 part in the song and bounce between the harmony and melody is both great for the sound and game play. Doing both allows you to appreciate how both of them sound and play. That's something somepeople and some games ignore to give an "authentic" experience, playing both is more fun!

That is indeed something I keep in mind when charting songs, and Africa especially makes this possible beautifully. Glad you appreciate!

It's a tenor instrument and a lot of songs are sung by tenors. It doesn't match as well as a cello, but it matches the human voice pretty ok. I'm waiting for the Plunger DLC. Bu wa bu waaAaaa

Thank you so much for doing the harmony parts in the chorus. This is the way!

@@O-sa-car it bounces between the two. Are you saying both parts are considered the melody and neither a harmony?
@O-sa-car2 жыл бұрын
to my ear on the second line of the chorus the melody drops down but you could argue that they're in harmony but are dueling melodies then on "I Bless the Rains" the lower line fully takes over. I just noticed that a lot of ppl who sing it at karaoke just sing the upper line the whole time and I'm like what u doin fam lol

When you move the mouse up and down on the rests, its like what an IRL trombonist would do, move the slide back and forth to rest and stretch their arm while they lick their lips to get ready for the next entrance. eerie

3:40 I love the harmonies earlier, but I think it would have been cool to do that at this part as well, that way instead if repeating the melody multiple times, you get the really cool high pitched singing accenting the silence

Trombone Champ is only avalible for PC (and Mac) through Steam. Considering the only controls include sliding and clicking, a mobile port is possible tho.
