JORACLE the voice of reason! Everything he has said is pretty much spot on. As per usual.

Davis got kicked in his balls and that ref was only 10 feet away and didn't call it until VAR told him to look at the monitor. Shambolic.

Dermo too accepting imo … I want a mgr that can adapt that has a plan b or some tweaks in their strategy as not all opponents have same strengths and weaknesses??

There is a reasonable reason that you are sitting on -250 subs. Perhaps your songs reflect your lack of experience

A decade ago, more than that actually, people used to take the mickey out of Ange Postecoglou by calling him Ange Poste-got-no-clue. Even I used to do it occasionally. It was easy to mock him. Even back then people said he was out of his depth - not even good enough to coach in the A-League, lol. The thing is: Ange would always have the last laugh. Literally every single criticism levelled at him this season has already been thrown at him nearly everywhere he's gone. But he ultimately he always comes up trumps. What's happening this season happened elsewhere in his first season, in the Aleague, in Japan, as coach of the Australian National Team. In the 2014 World Cup, Australia got slaughtered. All the pundits called out Ange's naivety. Told him to stop playing attacking football. Maybe he should have. But his reasoning was the same then as it is now: he's forcing them to play that way, even when losing, to enforce a gigantic shift in their mentality. And the next year he won the Asian Cup. There's this narrative that the "EPL is different". And that Ange will not succeed with his philosophy here. Maybe that's true. But that's impossible to tell at the moment. The thing is, Ange's own philosophy means that this season he was always going to play the same way. Whether it meant we were fighting for relegation, or whether we were fighting for the premiership. The tactics don't change - in the first season. That's because the first season for Ange, is about breaking the team in, like you break in a wild horse. You need them to play this style winning and losing - especially so when losing, so it exposes the weak, sorts the wheat from the chaff. And it's not true that Ange isn't tactical. He's always played attacking football, but different versions of attacking football. And he's always got an eye on the latest trends and tactical revolutions in world football, i.e. inverted fullbacks. The man is one of the only professional managers out there who has openly admitted that he's an avid player of the Football Manager computer game, 🤣🤣. It's ridiculous to call Ange "stubborn" when he's doing exactly what he said he would do. That teams almost all universally play a lowblock against Spurs isn't evidence that he's been found out, but rather is testament to the fact even a severely underdeveloped Ange side with ill-suited players and a very poor frontline is a threat.

Guys there is absolutely no trophy for playing well and losing when you get that out of your system then maybe spurs fans will have standard's. Arsenal played 4 games in 10 days ,spurs were off for two weeks of course you guys are going to look more quicker and show more quality. Arsenal did not need to play attacking football that will drain them and let them fade away second half they played the game like a professional team. Sat back and attacked spurs weaknesses. Arteta looked like a manager that has years of experience while Ange looked like he was the new coach in the game. Its too easy to play against spurs, low block , counter attack and attack set pieces. Im sorry losing while playing pretty football wins you no trophies.

The problem is that this is an extremely controversial view or hard to swallow pill for the blind Ange faithers. Living in denial might I add.

Don't see what the excitement is. It was football, it's a bit like that, the nature of. They got one more goal than us so that is it. We go on to the next match. Cricket season is upon us, maybe we shall get a bloody good rest of the twaddle, for a brief period.

There's a lack of sharpness and confidence in the squad. The two weeks off wasn't good for spurs. It wasn't an opportunity to overwhelm tiring opponents. How many games at left back has Ben Davies had this season? Lack of consistent game time for players has been a negative for the team.

This wasn’t an opportunity to overwhelm tiring opponents? Excuse me? Spurs had two weeks off and arsenal had four games to play. Ange’s number one fundamental is trying to run more than the opposition in every single game (he’s said as much himself). He has little else in the bag though actually . So the question is why has he failed as a manager to get even so much as a draw out of this match when spurs should have had all the energy in the world and a knackered arsenal were there for the taking at white hart lane? What you’re saying there doesn’t sound like the kind of excuse a genuine big club or a club genuinely vying for the big trophies would make.
