TOTY Evolution in FIFA MOBILE! (2017 - 2022)

TOTY is just around the corner! Fifa Mobile 22 has just started and we will have TOTY event in a few days. So I went back in time and compare all TOTY events. We started with Fifa Mobile 17 - Season 1 and work our way up to this season! This is our 6th Season in Fifa Mobile and its 6th TOTY event in the history of Fifa Mobile. Can we actually get a decent event? Seems pretty unlucky if we take a look at the history of TOTY events. Fifa Mobile 17 was actually the first season and It was miles better than this season. Fifa Mobile 22 is by far the worst season so I am not expecting too much from this TOTY. I hope I am wrong but I guess we will see in a few days. In this video we went back to Fifa Mobile 17, Fifa Mobile 18, Fifa Mobile 19, Fifa Mobile 20 and Fifa Mobile 21. All those seasons had something in common, F2P Frendy market. But we are here to talk about TOTY so let's take a look at TOTY events from the beginning of Fifa Mobile till now. And I hope this is the final season of Fifa Mobile.

UTOTY Players were ALWAYS reserved only for P2W Players. I don't see that changing in this season. Okay, that's fine, let them have their UTOTY Players. The main concern is that those UTOTY players will cost over 50M coins and I bet no F2P Player has that many coins. If I have to rank all TOTY events in Fifa Mobile, that would be my ranking list:
Fifa Mobile 18
Fifa Mobile 19
Fifa Mobile 17
Fifa Mobile 20
Fifa Mobile 21
and then 10 places later
Fifa Mobile 22 (Probably)

I miss fm 18, for me it was the best season we ever had. I actually rly enjoyed playing the game back then and i regret that i didnt put that much time into the game in season 2 bc i thought the next season would be as good but it just kept getting worse with every new year😔

They completely changed the game this season, and tbh, I'm not a huge fan of the new market system and other new stuff. Sure, we have commentary and improved gameplay, but the older seasons intrigued me much more. FIFA Mobile just isn't the same anymore. Only memories can treasure them.

This season isn’t as bad as it seems. The only negative for me is how difficult it is to buy and sell players. Sure, you can’t snipe and buy and sell like old seasons but this also promotes smart investing and selling instead of whoever has the most time to play the game and snipe, and whoever has a better net to snipe. This season in general completely promotes smart, not hard gameplay in h2h, market etc.

Positives vs negatives *FM22* (my opinion) Positives: H2h has been incredibly good this year as it's 90% based on skills and not crossing from your own half to Insigne, who would be able to win the header from vvd, for example. Skill moves are great and make the gameplay more fun. Tradable icons. Commentary is a great addition this year, as well as subs, position changes during the match, player roles and stamina, greater probability to miss a shot, which make the game more realistic. Kit selection is good as well. Negatives: Market is bad and it's difficult to review players, as most players have either supply or demand. Rank transfer needs fifa points, tokens are coming but I'm worried as I have bought neymar and ranked him up and I can't sell him now for 8,5 mil. Also, new training system, boring events, too much grind for a totw card which might be a 77 rated card and overpriced icon exchanges are also disadvantages. Skill moves in store isn't great, but I think that spending 500 gems for sth that could might change your whole h2h gameplay, it's Ok for me. Last but not least, the fact that you need to spend all 24 tokens to get the player in target mode doesn't look that fair. Tell in the replies if there is anything you think I forgot. *Ik that there was the h2h compatibility problem with the disconnects, but now with the update it's fixed.

Fifa mobile doesn't have the fun anymore,i mean there was a time in which we actually used to enjoy fifa mobile because it had many more things to except actually gameplaying football . Now tbh the mechanism and algorithm of rewards and claiming players and other rewards and other stuffs hasnt not changed but fm 22 doesnt provide that outlook or impression.I mean lets say in fm 21 and previous seasons when we were free at the day with our mobile phones we were always eager to play fifa mobile.,but now the scenario has changed,whenever i am free i dont feel of playibg fm 22 , rather hang out on yt or insta instead. The point of saying is that fm 22 is quite good according to improvements(like commentatory,graphics,subs,positioning,less chance of goal shots,less chance of cross spamming)but it doesnt really give the football outlook. I mean we all installed fifa mobile because we wanted to enjoy and play football in mobiles. But i think fm 22 can get better when these boring events like'New Beginnings' and when more stuffs except those 'Daily warm up' and 'Leagues' wilk get off.Lets hope new evenys be a lot unique and lets hope fm 22 geta better with future events and mechanisms
