Hey, I've just discovered the band Touch of Class, and started listening to this interview. Are they speaking German, or Afrikkans? I don't speak either, unfortunately, but it was interesting just listening to them, as they seem to be having a lot of fun.

It's not German, but Afrikaans. Really interesting for me to hear this as it sounds to me like another of various Dutch dialects we have in the Netherlands. No problems to follow this interview for me :-) I also discovered them very recently and like it very much!
