Good review on sound quality. I bought a Peatop (?) Touch Two C5 from Amazon and having trouble charging and pairing. Doesn't show up on my iPhone Blue Tooth list. Manual is incomplete and confusing. Must be a knock off. Disappointing. Just sayin' buyer-beware when buying Touch Two C5.

I have found nothing wrong with them. Great sound, easy to use, I like the fact that they are water proof or resistant. I also like the fact you can use the case as a charging base for your other devices as well.

How do you put these things back into Pairing mode to connect them to something else? I've tried holding, tapping, tapping 5 times, etc. Can't get to the green/red flashing. :(

Normally you don’t need to put them into pairing mode. You only need to search for them on Bluetooth devices on the new one that you want to use. Of course first you need to disconnect it from the previous one if is close to it

I don't work with them or even they send me this. I purchased it myself. You will have to contact where you purchased it. For example I buy mine in amazon I will send them there. Depending on your region or where you purchase them can all be different

That is strange. But as you just bought them why you don't ask for a replacement? I bought mine myself, i don't have any contact with the company and for the moment still no problems. I would contact them to get a replacement or repair or even a refund

@@sufyanzulfiqar1340 I'm sorry about that, i can only say to try to par them to another device if it works. Then is maybe the connectivity with your phone. Then you should delete all the Bluetooth connections from the device and try again. Sorry if I can't help much more

Unpair it from the device that you don't want to use them and deactivate the Bluetooth of that device if you still have e problems
