Guys like Derrick are usually gone in a 1year, 18 months, why, moral is so important in any company, with low moral the entire dept falls apart, especially with a very proficient language employee, who can work for anyone. Such a simple mistake, but how deadly it could have been .

Working in Denmark is very different from the way you work in the USA. Due to free education in Denmark, it is easier to get a job doing what you are best at. It is your ability and not your wealth that gets you your education and jobs. To avoid stress, it is important that you have an influence on the work you are responsible for. If you have an academic or technical job, you are usually responsible for your own work. The management coordinates the tasks between the employees and is there to guide you when you need it. It is more important that you perform the work in good quality rather than doing a lot of overtime. Sometimes there is so much job satisfaction that it can be difficult for you to let go of work and take the vacation you are obliged to take. This is also due to the fact that the companies compete to get the best employees, not with the highest salary, but rather by offering the best working environment. Danes also have an ability to reopen a contract agreement if they can improve a contract to the advantage of one or both parties without harming the other party. This is an ability abroad that Danes are in demand for.

Thomson is pronounced Tomson in English , the H is silent 🤫

hm, it is often the case that other parties try to downgrade the foreign contract consultations, while there are also people there who get the most out of their consultations, just like all American people and it does not matter in what number the consultations take place, in the end they are all in English language was handled so actually this whole conflict didn't exist unless you want to go back 50 years in time. And then there are enough people on both sides who can give the right telimptints to both sides.

You're right. I just can't envision a foreign company trying to have a contract with an American company using their own language in the contract document. I smiled and said it was just someone's idea of a story, especially the way it ended. :D

Tom-son, not thom-son.

Agree, the pronunciations are often wrong. Was Derek's last name Trump by any chance? Lol. It seems that most of these stories do not accurately reflect American society, but are written from an Asian standpoint imagining how things are done in America. I seem some reality in how the business aspects run, but the stories fall apart when it comes to interpersonal relationships, both in the workplace and outside of the workplace. Maybe we would be better off if we adopted some of the formalities found in other parts of the world, but maybe not.

The AI is not only in the story, but it's also used to narrate this story. The pronounciation of many words is terrible. I know that this is from a Japanese or Chinese or some foreign channel/stories, trying to Westernize and customize the story to appeal to Western parts of the world but where is the EDITING? Someone familiar with the English language should do the editing and get rid of this AI robotic narrator and get some humans to tell the story and get some different voices for different characters or just let us read the texts or the written words. I don't need something to tell me the story as I can read it perfectly fine by myself.
