I am going to confess here...I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis because of this I get pain medication, I confess that sometimes I take it when I don't need it because I want to feel "good" or if I have no energy I take it to wake up. I want to stop but at the same time I don't. Please brothers and sisters help pray for me, that God helps me when I get the desire to take the medicine. ❤😢

I remember I was that self-righteous individual pointing fingers at people's drug, alcohol, and fornication problems. I accidentally became a opiate addict 25 yrs ago I was hurt and put on narcotic pain medication not knowing I cld become addicted I never took more than I was supposed to and my body became addicted my dr weined me off and 6 mos later the man I was with broke my ribs so I had to go back on them I've been in active addiction with absolutely no clean time for almost 20 yrs in Oct will be 20 yrs I've begged and begged for Jesus to deliver me I've tried quitting on my own but my withdrawals are xs a thank I get so very sick I need help please I've truly wanted off and to be clean for at least 8 yrs. I hate everything about it as to where I loved everything about it. I'm terrified of dying still in the addiction I love Jesus with everything I am I'm not in the drug lifestyle anymore but I have to use to not be so unbelievably sick. Of all the resources addicts have in the modern world, none of them are effective in the way Christ is nor do any of the programs put Him at the forefront. I had a 1 gram/day fentanyl habit which is enough to delete 400 average humans (every single day). I tried everything and thought for sure it would eventually kill me as I od'd countless times, wondering how I woke up. Then I gave my life to Christ and proclaimed Him Lord and Saviour. While my body still needed methadone for the physical dependency, Jesus completely set me free from the addiction itself. I thank and praise God daily for bringing me home, saving my life, and saving my soul! Jesus is the ONLY permanent answer for whatever ails you, guaranteed.

I've found that I can read a scripture and it has a specific meaning, then months or years later I can read the same scripture and it has another meaning for that time in my life. The Word is truly dynamic, living, it's alive. Just when you think you know it all, you are surprised by something new, a new revelation of the same scripture. I'm not saying it changes, but God can use scripture to guide you to where you should be, and then the same scripture(s) to help you differently.

After he stated his case… that he was a preacher and he’d done so many things for God and the Church… he said God told him “His works were dead.” He stated there was a moment after God told him where he’d gone wrong… it was all clear, and he agreed with the Judgement. At the end of the day… I don’t want to be in that position. I've seen his testimony before and it blows me away every time. If only people would understand how easy our beautiful God made it for us to be saved. "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life " John 3.16. We don’t get to just believe that Jesus died for us, and then treat that like a Get out of jail free Card. We don’t get to just run around and be selfish again, cheating on our spouse, looking at porn, doing other sins and then say, ‘its ok, Jesus died for me’ It doesn’t work like that. The Works we still need to do on a daily basis is turn from sin, and then repent when we do sin. It’s not just having faith in Jesus, but we have to do the work of a daily battle resisting sin. This brother's testimony is exactly what one does being hooked on anything. You call on JESUS before you start getting high or during or when you finish. If a person's crutch is drinking, robbing banks, lying, cheating, etc you include Jesus whatever you doing He will help you. No matter how many times you need Him. The book of Enoch describes this all perfectly. Hell is people stuck in eternal torment time loops. People get tortured over and over. 2 Enoch describes what happens to people who abuse children and what’s awaiting them is horrendous. The worm never dies. The Bible tells us all we need. Scripture is a blessing from the Holy Ghost and it confirms testimony like this. Hell is eternal torment. People stuck in time loops. I’d imagine the lake of fire will be a billion times worse when they are all thrown in after the great white throne of judgement. We are saved by God’s grace by personal faith in Jesus. People have got to realize the grace of God and the grace of Jesus Christ is powerful. In John chapter 3 Jesus is talking to Nicodemus who was this great spiritual leader about being born again. The next chapter it’s the exact opposite. The woman at the well who was an adulterous. Jesus knew everything. He told her her whole life and offered her a path to salvation “living water”. The woman who was brought to Him caught in adultery. “He who is without sin cast the first stone.” The man at the pool of Bethesda, the widow of Naan, Lazarus, even the man on the cross next to Him. His grace knows no bounds because there isn’t any. Our God is amazing.

Before I got saved, I had a dream about hell. Sleeping in my bed next to my husband, there was a door open. With red fie color in the back ground. I tried to wake my husband, because I was hearing animals crying, people in pain. I shook him, he was stuff as a board. Then I saw animals being sucked in through the door! 😢 I woke up, and the next Sunday, I was drawn by the Holy Spirit to get saved during the calling. It was like a magnet pulling me, I was in the back of the church! It was the worst morning I had, like something was trying to keep me from going to church! I need prayer for my 40 year addiction to cigarettes! Ive quit many times- 8 hours, a few days, etc. Even when i accepted Christ- still smoking. A year ago i went to a deliverance & got a deliverance! Still smoking....😢 A few months later i went to same church where im an online member (GVBC), put my smokes on alter steps & wept for the damage ive done over such a long period of time. Got home & immediately went & got more cigarettes! I've lost my beautiful voice, cant run anymoe- 2 of my very favorite things to do. I now have COPD . Ive prayed so many times ! Then quit for 2 weeks..divorce and stress took.over and back to smoking. My sis passed away last year due to COPD. She was out of breath. It's not a sin to smoke. God created tobacco and there are many healing uses for tobacco. It's a sin to put cigarettes before God. If you want to quit smoking, then try behavior modification. Start reducing the amount of cigarettes. If you smoke a pack a day, then cut back slowly. Also try nicotine lozenges or fake cigarettes. Also pray to the Lord for deliverance. If you can cut back to at least a couple of cigarettes a day that will be fine. A couple cigarettes will not cause you much harm. My husband has to smoke a few cigarettes a day to keep his GI disease at bay. After almost two decades he has never had any problems with colitis. 9:47

A voice came to me last night and said I will return in 8 years! It was Jesus! I have received multiple revelations directly from God, through the power of the Holy Ghost, that were every bit as clear and powerful as any near death visitation with God or his angels. Ive worked at one of the Big Box retail warehouse two years ago and I left the company after 17 years, because the culture changed. A lot of people will come to either of these two religions only because they are afraid that they will go to Hell. Now, it is really difficult to any person to choose their religion. Most of us are born in one religion, but we like to ask questions and think. This thinking can cause that we stick to this religion more and more, or maybe to leave the same religion and accept the other one. This is the reason why you have more and more people converting from one religion to another, no matter which direction it is. I can tell you a lot of things about islam which might change your mind and I can tell you also a lot of things about islam which can give you confidence about your current opinion about islam. I am someone who is born in islam and there are really things in islam that I like. One of those things is that alcohol is forbidden in islam. So, no alcohol, no drugs, no gambling...Of course, some of those things are forbidden in Christianity as well, but why is not alcohol forbidden in Christianity? That is really something I don't understand. So many people drink wine and other alcohol and that is not good, not for them nor for their families. That is one of the reasons why I don't really see Christianity as a true religion of God. Alcohol is really cause of a lot of evil on this planet and only islam forbids it. Of course, that is not an evidence that islam is from God, but it really makes sense for alcohol to be forbidden.

Why do anyone needs to accept someone as a God in order not to go to hell? Shouldn't just our deeds be enough for us not to be punished on the Day of Judgment? That is really something that I don't like that in both of these religions.

You and I can have a beer or a glass of wine together and get into our cars and go home without compromising our mind by being drunk and getting into a car wreck. Moderation is key to remaining sober. Drunkenness is a sin.

My Testimony For 5 years I was abusing a certain drug. On August 24, 2023, I used the drug like I normally would but, on this day, I had a near death experience . After taking the drug, things around me began to appear differently. I felt in my soul that I was in the process of dying. I got on my knees and began praying but I felt that my prayer wasn’t getting through to God. I kept praying but felt the same. In that moment, I began feeling my soul leave my body. I ran to my father’s room and asked him to pray for me because I needed to repent for my sins. As he began to pray for me and I also began to pray, I felt something pulling me down into the ground, tugging on my soul. I began to cry out and grab a hold of my dad who was still praying for me. I could feel the fire of hell begin to burn my body as I left the earth and within a blink of an eye, I was in darkness. I could feel the presence of the Lord, but He was not near me, nor could I see Him but I could feel He was there. I started pleading with God asking for forgiveness and telling Him that I would serve Him and live for Him however, my prayer went unanswered, and I was still going to Hell. In that moment, I still had faith in God that He would save me, and I didn’t doubt Him. When I was about to go to Hell, God gave me a second chance. I heard the Lord say, I needed to confess with my mouth everything that I was doing in the dark and once I did that I was instantly back in my body. In the natural, I began to feel normal but once I went back into my room, I experienced a demonic attack and felt the struggle of life and death again. I then ran outside to find my dad and told him that I needed to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I got on my knees in the middle of the street and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Immediately after doing that, I stood up and I heard the Lord say, “Would you like to go home?” I told Him no, then He said, “Tell all of my people to repent for their sins, I am coming back REAL SOON.” Since this has happened in my life, I didn’t understand at that moment why I chose to stay on earth when the Lord asked me. However, now I know it is to share my testimony and be a witness of what God has done in my life and to share the good news of Jesus Christ.

Years ago I was in a car with a friend who for whatever reason, someone else wanted dead. The car was shot up with bullets and by the MERCY OF GOD ALMIGHTY both of us were untouched, when the car was totaled from bullets. Bullets even went through the trunk! I FELT the heat as bullets flew in front of my face. You could see the seats torn up and marks on the car door and the glove compartment from where bullets ricocheted all over - less than inches from my head (my friend had grabbed me and pushed my head down as the bullets started flying and glass from the windows began exploding - I went into shock and didn't move on my own) Like you said, I FELT the presence of death there hovering- and KNEW it was the devil, and could feel how much he wanted to snuff out my life and that I was so close to losing my life. I cried out "JESUS HELP US!" It was the only thing I could think to say. My friend was into some illegal activities but his mom was a deeply spiritual preacher - i know that the Lord somehow covered us in order to save both of us miraculously. When the bullets stopped it was probably the most terrifying moment, as I thought for sure someone was about to walk up and shoot us both in the back of the head as we were crouched down. Thankfully it had been a drive by and the gunman had driven away. I'm grateful to God for saving us that day. Cody, just know that not everyone thinks you're crazy and ignore the naysayers. You are blessed and have the gift of life - AND the gift of TRULY knowing that Jesus is real! That's a beautiful thing.

I thank God for my praying mother. She had a life full of turmoil, pain and dysfunction but she prayed about everything and planted prayer in our lives. She's a great mother and with God's grace, she kept us in great circumstances. I strayed and found out later in life that I only want God. Everytime I try to go my way, I fail everytime. Bryan Melvin saw people in prison cells that were carved into the walls of the earth/caves of Hell. But in their minds they were given the illusion of being in Heaven, seeing deceased relatives, in their favorite place on earth (i.e. if you loved Grandma's house, then you'd be at Grandma's house in Heaven. That'd be your tailor made delusion). If they'd been resuscitated on Earth at that point then they would have continued to live their entire lives believing that everyone goes to Heaven when they die, that there is no judgment, it's just a blissful paradise with your loved ones. Of course if they're not resuscitated then they soon realize that they're actually in Hell experiencing an extremely cruel joke. They soon see the truth of their situation & location, as demons gleefully torture them. It's a fascinating testimony, I highly recommend watching it.

I agree, obeying is not filthy. I would also say there is a difference between righteousness of the flesh and righteousness of the Spirit. Matthew 6 explains the difference. I personally am suspicious of this guy and do not trust him for hardly a second. There is another guy who died and had a NDE who has an entire channel of teachings he learned in heaven. His name is Ralph Verlin. He had revelations about Joseph Smith's life and some of the unique knowledge that came about from it, as well as many other great revelations. His experience I believe. Highly recommend and it will increase your faith.
