Still here. Still fighting. I am ex athiest. I used to mock christians and say it was all just a fairy tale to help people die in peace. Until i overdosed and stood before Jesus. His face is as bright as the sun. I couldnt see any details of his face but i could see his arms were held out like to hug me and they were a dark tan color, not white or black. Which makes sence remembering he came as a Jew in the middle east desert!! When he held out his arms the light got brighter and i felt so much love and peace and raw power that i cant even find the right words to describe them. Jesus is God in the flesh. God is a trinity. All power the father has Jesus also has. He has existed with the father since before the earths creation. The very last thing i remember was looking down to see a dark pit. Like a black hole it was so dark. I started to fall down into it, the second i felt myself starting to fall i looked back up to see Jesus one last time. All i could see was his hand reaching down waiting for me to grab it. The second i grabbed his hand i woke up back in my room in the spot i just overdosed in except that i was sober when i came back. It is Not possible to hallucinate your way Out of an overdose. Jesus saved me from the Pit and now i am a fisher of men.

John wrote so, witch is not a synoptic Gospel. It is mostly a theological text. Ok, maybe except when "he saw" "water and blood" flowing from the wound of crucifixion. According to medical examiner Phillipe Boxho, he could not imagine this phenomena. But does Jesus clearly saying something like these assomptions in Mark Matthew and Luke ? 🤔
@AE-pv9vcАй бұрын
@so_za10 what drivel is this? The synoptic gospels don't cover every detail of Jesus's life. Neither does John. Don't forget that only John was written by an actual disciple directly eye witnessing. Matthew was not the apostle matthew. Both Matthew and Luke incorporated Mark, who transcribed from Peter's dictation. John is different, but it doesn't contradict and it isn't invalid.
@so_za10Ай бұрын
@@AE-pv9vc Hello The majority of scholars agree that no, it is not John the Apostle but "a Johannine community". Even though the so-called John insists that the Lord's "water and blood" is seen in the crucifiction, which is still fascinating. According to Dr. Daniel Marguerat, an exegete from the University of Lausane, and if I understood his words correctly, it is perhaps a document called the "Source Q", common to Luke and Matthew, which would be the oldest document (40 - 50). Mark, from memory, is between the year 60 and 75. John is dated today between 90 / 110... It is the mystical and theological gospel par excellence, it lays the foundations of the divinity of Jesus, of the Holy Trinity. regards

Calvinism made me walk away from Jesus completely because I was having trouble overcoming my sin. So I assumed I wasnt one of the elect. So I lost heart, became hopeless, and gave up. Walked away. Thankfully I came back. Went through deliverance, and He has helped me be free of sins that chained me down for 18 years. And I have come to believe Calvinism is very much false doctrine.
@KingDavidson-k6d2 ай бұрын
Amen. You found out that strong hold was a spirit ?
@humbleheath2 ай бұрын
@@KingDavidson-k6d yes, and oddly enough before I walked away I was learning on the history of exorcisms, even exorcised one demon in a woman through prayer, even was asking God forgiveness of my sins because of my own stronghold that was on me. I felt guilty to even as a demon be exorcised out of this person because of my own sin I was struggling with. God answered it on the spot. The person wasnt even aware that I was praying for them but they started seizing up in the room next door to me and throwing up. But the next two weeks had me in a bad place with my family and there were things said and done that basically had me then telling God I don't want to follow Him anymore because I don't even know if I'm saved. At the time I looked at other believers who seemed to have a better handle on overcoming sin then me, so I doubted I was really saved. Even tho I had just literally witnessed God answering my prayers. It's like my mind was warped from believing lies. It bent my perspective of reality to where I could see that I was being illogical to a degree. But I couldn't see it at the time. I ended telling God if I'm not saved and I'm going to hell because I keep struggling with my sin. Then what is the point of trying to follow Him? I might as well pursue some form of happiness until it's time for me to be damned. And that's what did. For 9 years that was my mindset. But later I came across an ex-witch who went through deliverance and brought me back to the questions I was seeking to get answers to on how Satan plays a role in sin. And I would of had a better understanding of strongholds if I would of continued seeking and didn't get discouraged. But I didnt get this revelation and understanding until I came back to God and told Him, after all my desires ended up being broken, that I would follow Him and not make excuses to not follow. Even if I fall 10,000 times. I wouldn't use my sin as an excuse to not to move in His direction. And it was after me telling God that, that I stumbled on this woman's testimony. Which brought me back to the subject of exorcisms I was studying, then going through deliverance myself. The for the first time having peace from lust that plagued me for 18 years and coming to the revelation, sin changes the body. It really does bring death. But i didn't know it because it was what I had known for so long. I didn't realize there was peace outside it. Until I got it. Through the authority in Jesus. He is my strength. He never forsook me. And I thank Him for that.

Contradicts Jesus' teaching of the parable of the sower... The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once RECEIVES IT with joy. 21 But since they have no root, they LAST only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. 22 The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. 'Last' indicates they once had it. It cannot mean they were never saved. People just don't want to hear that they cannot continue to live however they want and use Jesus for their wickedness. Nobody wants to hear the true message

How do you lose your salvation? The gift that God had given us through His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ! A Christian is promised eternal life. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). Eternal life is the promise of spending forever in heaven with God. God promises that if you believe, you will have eternal life. For a Christian to lose salvation, eternal life would have to be redefined. The Christian is promised to live forever. Does eternal not mean “eternal”?
@RichardChang-yz2ki2 ай бұрын
A Christian is guaranteed glorification. “Those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified” (Romans 8:30). According to Romans 5:1, justification is ours at the moment of faith. According to Romans 8:30, glorification comes with justification. All those whom God justifies are promised to be glorified. This promise will be fulfilled when Christians receive their perfect resurrection bodies in heaven. If a Christian can lose salvation, then Romans 8:30 is in error, because God could not guarantee glorification for all those whom He predestines, calls, and justifies.
@RichardChang-yz2ki2 ай бұрын
A Christian cannot lose salvation. Most, if not all, of what the Bible says happens to us when we receive Christ would be invalidated if salvation could be lost. Salvation is the gift of God, and God’s gifts are “irrevocable” (Romans 11:29). A Christian cannot be un-newly created. The redeemed cannot be unpurchased. Eternal life cannot be temporary. God cannot renege on His Word. Scripture says that God cannot lie (Titus 1:2).

This is a powerful testimony; thank you both for allowing it to be shared with us. Calvinism is a destructive heresy that drains powerful believers of their anointing oil. Ive seen it car wreck those who once walked in strength and righteousness. It was my observation that those who are drawn to it often have father issues and see God as brutal and unloving hence why they often become militant, self-righteous Pharisees. I pray those confounded in this doctrine of lies will awaken and have the humility to repent so they can serve God faithfully. 🙏🏾 💡 ✝️

In 1976, when I was 13 years old, I had a wide awake, real, in full color VISION of the Lord's Return... I want to stress, this was NOT a dream. We lived out in the country in the middle of dusty plowed fields, dirt roads and woods in south Georgia. Everything looked kind of brown and crispy, like it needed rain bad. The corn field across the road in front of the house was starting to turn brown and die. I went to my bedroom, which faced out the front side of the house and looked out onto our front yard, which had a semi-circular dirt driveway and beside the left entrance was an old dogwood tree which had to be at least a hundred years old. Highway 341 ran from east to west in front of our house, which faced north, and the cornfield I spoke of earlier was on the other side of the highway. There was a slight rise in the middle of this field and you could not see the trees on the other side, so it looked like an ocean of corn that went off into the horizon. As I lay across my bed looking out the window, contemplating what I saw before me, I began to hear music in the distance. I specifically heard it in my right ear and the direction from which it came made me think of the high school band which practiced several miles southeast from where I lived. When conditions were right we could hear the band playing, but usually only heard the faint beat of drums. This sounded like trumpets and as I was thinking this to myself, I began to notice the music getting louder and louder, coming closer and closer, very quickly. Within a few seconds the sound wasn't just something that was exterior, but it was inside my head as well, reverberating throughout my entire body. It was so loud and it sounded like lightning crashed directly over my head and, in that split second, the trumpet sound thundered throughout my body and throughout the entire world...everything went dark and my bed and the earth shook violently. In a flash, I was no longer lying on my bed, but I was standing outside my bedroom window in the front yard and I beheld the scene in front of me with tremendous awe. It was still my front yard, only now everything was different. It seemed as if my entire range of vision was a huge 3D movie screen and I was in the middle of it. The trumpets continued to sound and I saw that the blue, sunny sky had turned black and the clouds churned and the wind blew with a violence that I had never experienced. The corn field was now a sea of wheat that was golden brown and ripe for harvest and I could see every stalk of wheat individually, billions of them. And I watched as the wind thrashed the wheat until it was beaten down by the storm. I now know that the Bible speaks several times about, in the end time, when the wheat is ripe for harvest, how the wheat will be separated from the tares. The tares are gathered and bundled together for burning and the wheat is gathered into the barn. Then I noticed the dogwood tree. It was mid-July, so of course I know there should not have been any blossoms on it, they usually bloom around Easter...but the tree was in full bloom. I had never seen anything like this. You couldn't see any leaves on the tree because of the millions of dogwood blossoms. It looked as if it were lit from within, by a glowing whitest of white, neon light and it glowed gloriously against the darkened sky. Now, I know the Bible says no man knows the day nor hour that Jesus will return, but if we watch for the signs, we can know the season. I have always felt that He might come back in the spring when the dogwood tree is in bloom. Of all the things that could have been highlighted in a vision; why the dogwood tree? I believe there is a specific message here. (Update: recently, I prayed about this and I feel the Lord placed into my spirit that this represents the fullness of the gentiles coming in). Just as I was taking all of this in, lightning filled the sky and the trumpets thundered over head again and in an instant there appeared two angels. They were dressed in white robes, facing each other up in the air and blowing golden trumpets. They were huge and filled the sky in front of me and I knew that the entire world must be seeing this as well. When I say huge, I mean like the size of the highest mountains, literally. I didn't think the trumpets could get any louder, but they grew louder still, building to a great crescendo and I heard a great shout that was louder than anything that you could imagine. And with that shout, it's as if the earth fell silent, the black, violent clouds began to roll back onto themselves from the center of the northeastern sky and I saw light in the distance. It was more a combination of light and clearing of the clouds in the distance that got my attention. As I looked up at this shaft of light and clearing sky, I saw what seemed to be fluttering and movement in the distance. As it came into view, I saw Jesus on a white horse and behind him were millions of angels and saints on white horses. It was at this moment, when I realized what I was seeing, that it disappeared and I was back in my room lying on my bed. Everything was back to normal and I was again looking out at a bright, sunny day.

You can walk away and be in sin and be caught in carnal security thinking you are okay. The Devil carefully leads people down to hell. Pray for revelation in your walk with the LORD God daily on what you need to do and that you will be delivered from temptation and have the Holy Ghost with you to guide you in righteous paths.
@mattoct20Ай бұрын
@@liberty4392 we do need to be careful. There is a difference between being careful and being fearful. The book of Romans teaches us that we have not received the spirit of bondage again unto fear, but we have instead receiced the Spirit of adoption where-in we cry, Abba Father. To tell someone who is born again that God will send them to hell is trying to put a yoke of bondage again unto fear which would be contradicting the verse mentioned above, as well as contradicting the words of Jesus Christ in John 10:28.

@lightbeforethetunnel2 ай бұрын
@J_Trask No, I don't think they're mass delusions. But I do consider them to be the word of man as opposed to the word of God. I'm a believer myself. I make Christian content on here. So my intent isn't to argue against God or anything. I just am very uneasy with how popular these testimony videos of NDEs are. Because the enemy is VERY deceptive. And any time that the Christian community is believing the word of man over the word of God, that results in deception from the enemy. Are you aware of secret societies? And concepts like controlled opposition? Etc? If not, then you likely won't understand my concern. But the problem is that they could be getting people to read scripted stories that are very entertaining and do align with the Bible in SOME ways [to get attention and trust] but subtly include support for false doctrines alongside that for purposes of deception. I think most Christians truly underestimate the deceptive capabilities of the enemy... they lack knowledge regarding what we are truly up against. Satan is no dullard. He understands that rat poison is 95%+ corn starch. Doesn't take much to slip in specific untruths along with a bunch of other entertaining truths to deceive many listeners into believing false doctrines that contradict the Bible

I’m sorry for what this pastor went through. It’s terrible and unthinkable that his family was so broken and I know because my dad abused my mom, cheated and abandoned our family. So I know what it’s been like to be preyed upon. One thing that stands out to me that the pastor said was that his father was doing a pretty good job and it was his mom breaking away from the marriage that caused them to lose their covering and for him to be abandoned and abused. This is very important and it is for spiritual, physical and emotional reasons that this needs to be understood. The problem of violence and broken homes is so widespread and it’s destroying people. It was not your mother’s fault! Your dad broke that covering the moment he weaponized his anger against your mom and family. Your mom chose to protect you and herself from that anger and violence. She took you and your siblings on to care for you and she did her best, but a mom can’t do it alone. This must be said because too often men’s abuse and violence is minimized and excused while the mothers catch the blame for protecting their children. Violence and abuse are spiritual warfare against the wife and children, the breaking up of the marriage and loss of protection from the dad is the symptoms, not the cause. God will not favor men he will hinder their very prayers if he is even harsh with his wife. This is written right in Gods Holy word. God will not be mocked. Unfortunately those who are abused by this man will pay the ultimate price and the devil will come and prey on them. But you don’t blame the one person who stood up and did the best she could to protect you from abuse and violence. If churches and pastors were coming down harder on men and pushing them to be godly men and husbands, many of the problems we see in this world would not exist. Men are responsible and called by God to be leaders, to lead love serve and be kind and gentle just as Jesus was. You don’t blame women and children for what men fail to do.

what are you falsely accusing me of? Praying a curse? No. You have a problem with the truth and the lawless ones being exposed for their wickedness. @@petercunningham4586 I have forgiven my dad and everyone else in my life who has ever hurt me. That is something that everyone of us is called to do if we are true followers. I did everything I could to go see him in Holland, but I wasn’t able to make it. It hurt me a lot. I prayed for him and his salvation. I pray for everyone, that’s what God calls is to do. I'd gone to a calvary Baptist church and never had the idea of once saved always saved. It was really a weekly dig into the bible & Jesus, proclaiming him as lord and turning from sin. It was all very biblical and that's fine. They touched upon sin as it came up in the bible. I felt the holy spirit often and I don't know much about calvanism, but I'm unsure about once saved always saved. Because Jesus got through to me this year and I FEEL saved but then there is always this thought like wow I'm not doing enough I'm not sure if I'm going to heaven. Will I be forgiven. And I just turn to the lord Jesus everytime. I believe we must turn from sin & change. But to turn from ALL of our sin and change seems impossible because none are good but God. We are sinners from our birth. So even if we aren't perfect we need to keep focused on Jesus and changing for him as he guides us.

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day. 2 Timothy 1:9. Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began. Ephesians 1:11. In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will. Revelation 13:8. And all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain. Colossians 3:12. Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. Romans 8:29-30. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. Romans 8:33. Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Matthew 24:31. And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. John 6:37. All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out. Ephesians 2:8-9. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Romans 9:11. Though they were not yet born and had done nothing either good or bad-in order that God's purpose of election might continue, not because of works but because of him who calls. John 15:19. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Mark 13:20. And if the Lord had not cut short the days, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, whom he chose, he shortened the days. Romans 9:15. For he says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.” Exodus 33:19. And he said, “I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you my name ‘The Lord.’ And I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy. Romans 9:13. As it is written, “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.” John 17:2. Since you have given him authority over all flesh, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him. Acts 2:39. For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.” John 17:9. I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours. John 6:39. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day. 2 Timothy 2:10. Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

@p-hahn I'm not deceived. I've read and studied. My stains are washed in the blood of Jesus. I'm spotless because Jesus imputed his righteousness unto me. Jesus plus nothing. God bless. I'm done debating. I'm looking up!!!

We are sanctified by grace , not obedience, but unto obedience. 1 Peter 1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

Doing religious things will give people religious feelings but that is not salvation. As you do Matt 7:12 you will see your need for a new heart so you know what to ask for. Matt 7:7,8

Justified (Past Tense), Sanctification (Present Tense) as He works the sin out in us which takes an entire lifetime and Glorification (Future Tense) which occurs at the rapture/resurrection.

I was raised in the church (from birth; '65) that believed/taught the "once-saved-always-saved" doctrine. The bottom line to this doctrine is that it believes the blood of Christ represents His righteousness for us, even while we continue to sin. In '92 He got me out of that doctrine and showed me through scripture that His blood doesn't represent us holy, but presents us holy, which means there is a labor/work/effort that we need to do after we confess and repent of our sins...walk after and keep the Ten Commandments, which we do by the help and power of the Holy Spirit, Whom we receive when we confess and repent of our sins, with godly sorrow, upon hearing and believing in Jesus' testimony (life, death, burial, resurrection, and ascension). Psalm 119: 68 (KJV).

Amen! 🙌 Christ fulfilled the Law without sin and is the Only One Who can send His Power through the Holy Spirit, to give to us, to obey His Commands and be His Holy Saints and not sinners anymore, or what would be the point of it All? We will walk with Jesus in White! Sanctified/Holy!!! 👏 🎺🎺 🕊️🤴🕊️ 🎺🎺 👏

Hi sir, I love your love for God, but just make sure your not following works based salvation I to believe we can lose our salvation, but not for not working enough for the Lord, or failing to homer our mother and father enough times. Scriptures says in Roman’s 11:20 “we stand (continue to stand after salvation) because of our faith. It’s not our good works and obeying the 10 commandments that keeps us saved. But rather, galatians 3:2-3. Thank you for hearing me out. Would love to talk to you about it if you want. God bless. Romans 4:4-5
