no, I advise you to use only soap, other liquids could damage the internal pump

It depends on the consistency of the liquid soap. If you take for example the one from the LIDL supermarket brand CIEN you can add 20% soap and the rest water.

I have this type of soap dispenser. After few montha its just stopped working. Not recommend!

mine still works, it needs good batteries and the insulation between the soap container and the battery hood
