During the almost decade in the asmr world I've seen and experienced a wide range of creators and styles of asmr. However. Very few creators have something unique. The way you approach asmr I feel is unique and you have a great feeling for walking that fine line between keeping attention and letting the viewers zone out. The way you switch up words and say random phrases (which in reality are super calculated) gives you a sort of unpredictability and slighly insane persona. On the other hand, you show great gentleness, compassion, softness and care. Drawing the viewer in. Pulling down brain security to a minimum, bringing comfort and joy. It's kind of a perfect merge between mentally unstable maniac and the most gentle friend in the world. I think this is what creates the zone in where time is lost and forgotten. Where I'm just in the experience. For some reason, there is something in this video that reminds me of Joey Jordisson. Even though you don't look very similar other than the black hair. :) Thank you.

I was actually crying a bit. I have severe depression and even if I sit around all day doing nothing I struggle a lot with my mental health being all over the place. It was nice to just be able to relax to your soothing voice and kind words. And the hug most of all. Sometimes when things are especially tough and my thoughts and emotions are scrambled I wish I could just get a hug and feel like someone is holding me together. Thank you. Really it means a lot.

Exactly, well said; It’s a perfect combination, that slight edge of possible danger, lurking even in the midst of his gentleness, it gives me tingles like nothing else! He helps me feel more connected to my body, and hopeful I might someday again be able to initiate physical intimacy with others in real life and allow myself to feel pleasure from being touched and touching someone like Jim, although finding someone as appealing as Jim would be a definite challenge. I love your videos so much. I grew up in a very neglected home life. (Sorry if I get too personal.) But it really feels nice to have a personal encounter like this.
