Completed my first Tough Mudder a couple weeks ago! Very proud of myself and want to do it again! It was so fun!

Of course! This was my first tough mudder and it was challenging but so much fun! I will say there is more time between obstacles than the video shows but you can walk or run those segments.

My friend and I started training a couple months beforehand and I'm definitely not super fit! I'd say it definitely helps to start working out ahead of the race but don't overdo it :)

It was a GoPro Hero 7 Black and my friend wore the head strap mount that you frequently see with GoPros. If you look up "GoPro head strap" you should easily find it.
