I own 28 pieces of Packout. I have most of it sold and was looking at this system. After my experience with one of the Toughbuilt levels I purchased and being blown off over the warranty it is hard to invest in more of this brand. I bought 2 of the belt and suspension systems 5 of the contractor and electrician pouches and while built well some of them are full of afterthoughts and once loaded with tools and fasteners you can't even get your hand inside to access things to work with without struggling. Now I will admit that the Stacktech is the best looking unit and the most convenient one handed lock/unlock mechanism on the market but they have introduced the latest Packout competitor with many issues. Flexing axle , ammo style box lid has already been deemed obsolete with the future lid update and the need for an adapter plate to attach a single box. One other main flub is to introduce the Stacktech open top tool pouch without even one slot for screwdrivers. I suggest they look at the Klien and Flex pouches to see what a contractor actually needs. As experienced contractors like to say this seems to be an example of "over educated and under experienced" design. I am so glad I didn't rush out and replace all of my Packout without exploring all of the options. All in all I am fairly pleased with the 20 or so pieces of Toughbuilt pouches and tools I have. The warranty process is like most other companies, a real pain in the butt designed to weed out the scammers at the expense of the contractors time. I think I will wait and see what happens when contractors realize they are being used as the test bed for this new product. If I absolutely had to purchase today it would have to be Flex for the high end or the new Husky buildout for the budget end.

Feel like they missed a huge opportunity to use the metal corner rails for their locking system. Instead of using holes in the plastic for a padlock, a metal bracket/latch that goes over the top corner and clips into the rail secured by a padlock would have been a lot more secure. Could also do a box rail to box rail locking plate.

Great system! Now give us a wheeled/handled bottom dolly toolbox with a LARGE DRAWER that holds a Circular Saw, so we don't have to unload everything on top to access it. I love it all stacked, and I want to keep it stacked, so give me ALL DRAWERS on every level. You can even make the compact boxes with drawers. For me, THAT is the ultimate system. For the record, I LOVE that you have a LARGE ONE DRAWER that can be put on a Rolling Tool Box 4-Wheel Mount. I just cant find that one drawer box ANYWHERE. In stores or online. Any tips? Is it so new it's not available for purchase yet? Edit: My apologies. I finally found an online catalog section that said the Large and ExtraLarge Drawer Boxes aren't coming until Summer 2024. Hope it's EARLY summer. I've been waiting for a stack option like this for over a year. 👍👍 BONUS!!!: The 2-Wheeled Bottom Drawer Dolly is coming then TOO!!! PLUS a 2-Wheel HANDTRUCK!!! CHRISTMA IS COMING THIS SUMMER!!! This appears to be the ULTIMATE Stack System!!! Still would love drawer option for compact boxes. But I can live with not having them in the system by having the full drawer boxes.👍👍

I was about to buy into the packout system until i saw your line. I loved that its black and not a flashy color and how you had the cart and drawers. that being said when are you coming out with the drawers? and will there be 2 drawers besides the avertised 3 drawers? Also, if you made a one drawer stacktech as a bottom one with wheels would be pretty clutch!!

Looks like a great set up, i am waiting for a bottom rolling drawer box/ cabinet style box that can be accessed when other boxes are on top, or a dolly which lets you configure the stack in any order. Having to remove boxes to access bottom box kind of sucks

A super honest opinion. I like the design, color and how TB is versatile. BUT as a Flex Owner I can compare the products and tell some suggestions: -In general the TB's plastic is more thin compare to the Flex Stack Pack..so lids, crates etc all in general more flimsy... reason why all TB's Boxes can not handle so many pounds as the Flex Stack Pack. (For example Flex Medium tool box can be loaded 140 lb vs TB just 100 lb, same for all the other boxes). - The TB's boxes doesn’t have any rubber/soft plastic pads or mini feet under the base in order to don’t risk to scratch the surface of countertops or wood floors when you are working in delicate sites (like a costumer house or something). Plus are very helpful to preserve intact the base each box especially the CartBox. This is a very luxury and smart feature!!! - The TB's latches to remove the cart handle are made by poor plastic - The TB's box wheels are seriously a joke. From outside looks like that there is 2 inch tire but when you look on the back, you will see that in reality is 2 mm plastic and 80% of the volume is basically empty. Again the best REAL wheels are on the Flex Stack Pack. - The Axle of the TB is super thin compare how much more thicker is the FLEX one. - Impossible open the TB's lid of all boxes when are stacked. OMG! Why did you designed the handle in that way?.... Why you didn’t design the handle in order to grab a small engrave just like 5 mm under the edge of the lid? Or just have designed the lid a bit more lover in those 4 inches where the handle have to grab it. - The safety lock holes are not reinforced with a metal washer and are positioned on the side instead than the front. - The TB's slim organizer box design is the definitely the worst. The latch mechanism is made by a 1 small piece of very thin plastic and is not secured at all! Very often can be accidentally unlatch just when you try to grab the box from the stack. - The flat surface of the TB's lids of all boxes are very comfortable, but if you are working outside and it’s raining...they became like a Jacuzzi. Why the designers didn’t make a very small hole or a small " V shape dent" on the back in order to let the water drain out. - There are spare parts in case that there are issues with the mechanism? - There is the possibility to buy extra trays or divisors or metal plates (the one on the side of the boxes)? - The Side handles are not Soft Grip as the front one? Why? Was too expensive make them? I bet you try to carry around 100 lb Medium case without use the side handles. This is another very small detail that makes a life more comfortable and keep difference between Quality and Base. I guess that this is enough for now... (BTW I found those problems in 5 min by watching the boxes on the Lowe's shelfs)... P.s. Let’s see which other issue people will find on the job site. I'm curious to drop an hammer or a cement brick on the Stack Teck to see if will resist as the Flex on. (Of course that this is not something that will happen frequently on the job sites, but will be nice to see how much TOUGH those boxes are!

Every box on the tower looks very flush, smooth and sleek....but the crate it's freaking horrible...looks like a unfinished wall where is missing the drywall panel to cover the wood studs.... will be a mission in order to try to keep it clean! I rather a flat crate more cool, heavier and sturdier, instead than that.
