Bhai jab aapne bola if the people is not in my control to help him then note the position of that place and report to muster station, after you told that I'll the chcek the condition of fire whether it is suitable to stop or not that will take time , after only you will go to muster station on that time may that person finisher his life I think the point is opposite, 3 will be the checks the condition

You added one point to see any casualty if its safe we should help. But you actually don't know what's the current situation, there may be dangerous gases. So its better to leave the place and see help with proper ppe.

And i heard that currently the scope of merchant navy is very bleak for all- GMEs, ETOs and Deck Cadets. Is it true ? But sir in engine room no matter how high we shout I don't think that anyone will be able to listen due to machine noise..

True, that is why also have to raise the fire alarm. But in case of fire, we do not want to waste even a single second, we shout FIRE so that if anybody is near us, they can get to know about it. And ofcourse, meanwhile go to fire alarm switch and raise fire alram ASAP.
