I’m currently playing through this game for the first time, and already replayed Dead Rising 1 & 2 in preparation for the Dead Rising Remaster in September! I started replaying DR3 and what shocked me was DR3 holds up the least compared to the others. Not including DR4, haven’t played that yet.

Regular follows the story and the cases; you have a time limit to complete certain tasks. This sounds really bad, but it's honestly what makes Dead Rising really good. Sandbox you just go around the Casinos killing zombies and doing challenges. The real fun is in the story.

I played this game on PC, and if I'm honest, faired better then the Dead Rising 2 with Chuck Greene in it. I might play it again, last time I payed it was in 2016, but everything changed now and I could play it in 4K.
