Hey you can also air combo with the z move and x and c move and v move and the c move can be used as a combo breaker cause it has a instant activation thats why dream is the best demon art btw the b move is used after you hit the enemy with z or x or c and its there to wait for cooldowns

No, it's not necessary to be the required level to acquire the move. However, you have to be that certain level to USE the move. I got bodhisattva at under the level requirement.
