Cuz if thats what u meant then no What happened is that Kanako gave Yatagarasu, the God of the Sun, to Okuu which she absorbed and Kanako chose Okuu for that since she, well, didnt have much going on in her brain, Kanako then told her smth that I dont remember exactly and Okuu misinterpreted that as "use those powers to conquer the world" She got stopped cuz Orin, her best friend, worried of what Okuu wanted to do, leaked out spirits in Gensokyo, which attracted the Main Characters's attention Satori did not know of this and Orin and Okuu had already been her pets for some time already
