I happen to know the level of snow depth for Nagano, Suwa in 2001, basically I was trying to deduce on which date the events of SoEW take place in, considering the windows canon and Marisa's flashback in Chapter 22 of CoLA, in the second stage of the game there's a "Midnight Storm" I looked for the possible date where the event could have taken place considering that the PC-98 also takes place in Gensokyo and the closest location we have is near Suwa, unfortunately there seems to not have any registers on the weather publicly available at least not in English, aside from the snow depth level.
