Basically, there's a song called Nyanyanyanyanyanyanya!, created by Daniwell-P through Miku, and that song going through evolution that diverge into two form, which is Nyan Cat as one of them, while the other is this video, a combined form with Touhou's culture. Basically, Nyan Cat and this video more like a cousin than direct descendant. By the way, I remember there having been another upload of the Youmu version here on KZbin with more than 2M views back in 2011.
