Probably the scariest rendition of this Theme I've heard until now. The lingering sense of gloom and dread are overwhelming. I've felt... lost. Rarely does music affect me this much emotionally, and thus I'd say this is my favourite of your arrangrments, at least for now. Outstanding Work. Thank you for all the wonderful Arrangements you make.

You know, I have to say. I listened to this song rather often during one of the worst times of my life, when I needed to lock in and focus on completing college assignments of personal work. Night after night for long periods well into the night and well after the sun rises I'd work, with this song often being on frequent rotation. Despite those negative associations, and despite what some other people have said about finding this song eerie or frightening... I find the track rather comforting, in a way. Despite it connecting to a bad time in my life, the track reminds me of that ever focused state I was in, trying to endure in a harsh world, and pushing through despite it all. The track has a forlorn, lost, almost emotional vibe. One that perfectly captures the melancholy of Koishi's story and her life. Its genuinely a beautiful piece of ambient music. When the main Hartmann melody kicks in near the end, it manages to gain an almost hopeful vibe though. That despite the fact things are dark, dreary and melancholic right now, that they can get better, things will improve, you'll pull through. Just like how Koishi may have been in a dark spot of her life, and may still be in one, but things aren't over for her, and her life is still going on. You can always continue and live on. There's always hope. Is this entirely too much hyper-analysis for a track that might not have been intended? Probably. But after revisiting this track some 3-4 years after I first heard it and feeling some emotions I haven't felt in a while, I felt them appropriate to share, especially for someone who's still pumping out very good, underrated ambient remixes like these. I've been listening for years and will continue to, but this one will always have a special place for me.

Hey! I would like to use this track as background music for a Danmakufu script (basically a Touhou fan game sorta) I am currently making. I will of course provide credit and link your remix channel as prominently as I can, and I can give you more details about the script on request. Is this alright with you?

Of course, you can download this track from the Bandcamp for free, the album is Touhou Ambient Project III.V

@@StasGavrik Apologies for the relative delay, but the game is now up here: www.bulletforge.org/u/dc/p/koishien It's a Damnakufu script, meaning you download Danmakufu and place this in the "scripts" folder and it finds it and lets you play it from there. It is also very, very silly.
